Generally the number of guest traveling varies on the destination. The average group size for any tour is between 20 to 60 individuals.

Your co-travelers can be anyone, from any professional background, people of any religion, from any region, any language etc. We assure you that you will make amazing friends on tour.

How hectic is the pace of tour?

We have a wide scope of products which are planned as comfortable paced to medium paced to quick. The majority of the visits are medium to quick pace as we cover most of must see attractions.

Do we have to wake up early tour? If yes, do we get wake-up calls?

Accepted Answer

The tour leader will specify wake up timings a day in advance. In case you have to wake up early you do get telephonic wake-up call through the hotel automated system, however it is advisable to have your mobile alarms set to be on the safer side.

What assistance is served to a disabled person or a senior citizen on tour?

Accepted Answer

A companion must accompany the guest who needs such special assistance as individual assistance cannot be given to such guest by the Tour Leader considering he has to manage the entire group.

Will I get drinking water during city tour/sightseeing?

Accepted Answer

Flamingo provides water according to the daily itinerary which is usually daily one water bottle for per individual.

Is medication available on tour if needed?

Accepted Answer

We highly recommend you to carry sufficient medicines along with you on tour. Try and distribute them in different bags to ensure that you have some medicine with you in case there is any delay in getting baggage or loss. However you do get medicines on tour but your doctor’s prescription for the same is a must.

What help is provided, if I dis-continue the scheduled tour, on account of illness?

We advise you to carry sufficient documents with you like Travel Insurance covering your travel period. Travel insurance will take care of your medical expense to the tune of amount covered in the insurance, with term and conditions of insurance company.
