100% payment to be made at least 35 days before departure, Payment to be collected in INR as per the prevailing Rate of Exchange on date of final Payment

Cancellation Policy

45 Days or more prior to Departure - Rs.35, 000/- + Visa Charges
44 Days to 30 Days prior to Departure - 50% of the Tour Cost
29 Days to Date of Departure - 100% of the Tour Cost

TCS Terms and Conditions

TCS on Overseas Tour Packages:

TCS (Tax Collected at Source) is mandatory for International Holiday Packages.

TCS will be collected at the time of receipt or invoice, whichever is earlier.

As per Govt rules, 2% TCS will be applicable on purchase of International Holiday Package.

In case PAN is Inoperative i.e. PAN is not linked to your Aadhar then 5% TCS will be applicable.

The amount of TCS paid is non-refundable in case of cancellation of tour.

TCS is neither a cost nor additional tax, it can be fully adjusted against final income tax liability in your return of income and excess, if any, can be claimed as refund.

Above Adult Rates is based on Twin/Triple sharing and Per Person
Please note extra passengers sharing in same room there will be two beds
This price excludes any tax increase by government or by airline. We have counted tax as per current dates, any increase in the tax needs to be borne by the passengers.
Payment to be made as per the current rate of exchange on the day of final payment
Service Tax is Applicable as per Government rule on above Total Tour Cost per Passenger Payment to be made as per the current rate of exchange on the day of final payment and we charge 0.20p more than exchange rates online.
Any Optional Activities that you want to book you should book on priority because all the adventure activities in South Africa are subject to availability.
All the Sight Seeing in South Africa is weather permitting & due to weather we may interchange sightseeing without prior notice.
For South Africa Child below 18Years have to Compulsory carry original birth certificate in English (If original birth certificate is in Gujarati or Hindi one needs to carry original and affidavit copy translated in English)
Child below 18Years travelling without parents must carry affidavit copy of NOC along with original birth certificate
Tour manager will join directly at the destination he/she may not be with you in the flight.

For Guests staying in Lagoon Beach Hotel Cape Town:

Family of 2Adults & 1child below 12 year sharing the room, child will be accommodated in mattress in the same room
Family of 2Adults & 2child below 12 year sharing the room, both the child will be accommodated in separate room so this family will be allocated two different Rooms

Important Notes:-

It is impossible to do all the Optional/Adventure Activities in South Africa Group Tour so you have to select your activities before your travel and our Tour Manager will guide you how to manage the Activities during your stay in South Africa.
For Optional Activities: If Weather Does Not permit then Flamingo is not responsible. In case you wish to do any additional optional activities our coach will not be available, our Tour Manager will help you arrange the Transport to the optional Activity Places (WITH EXTRA OPTIONAL COST)
Your Itinerary will be strictly on timings. Please reach at pickup point at least 10mins before your given pickup time. And make yourself visible to Driver/Coach Captain. Coach drivers cannot wait if you are late. If you are late, you will need to make your own arrangements at own cost.

Room allocation -Twin rooms /Double room will be as per the availability at the time of check in.90% of rooms are Twin rooms and there is no guarantee for room with Double Bed.

Breakfast will start from Day2 of the itinerary.
Tap water is suitable for drinking.

Optional sightseeing has to be booked in advance on your own by paying an additional cost. You can contact hotel travel desk counter or our agent to book optional sightseeing.
It is recommended to buy Local Sim Card, to make local calls for reconfirmation with coach drivers, operators, and airline office.
We recommend taking Overseas Medical insurance.
