2nd Payment - Rs. 1, 00,000/- 75 Days Prior to your Departure.
3rd Payment - Rs. 1, 00,000/- 35 Days Prior to your Departure.
100% payment to be made at least 25 Days Prior to your Departure.
44 Days to 30 Days prior to Departure 75% of the Tour Cost
With 30 Days of Departure 100% of the Tour Cost
TCS Terms and Conditions
TCS on Overseas Tour Packages:
TCS (Tax Collected at Source) is mandatory for International Holiday Packages.
TCS will be collected at the time of receipt or invoice, whichever is earlier.
As per Govt rules, 2% TCS will be applicable on purchase of International Holiday Package.
In case PAN is Inoperative i.e. PAN is not linked to your Aadhar then 5% TCS will be applicable.
The amount of TCS paid is non-refundable in case of cancellation of tour.
TCS is neither a cost nor additional tax, it can be fully adjusted against final income tax liability in your return of income and excess, if any, can be claimed as refund.

ROE will be considered on the day when you make final payment.
The airfare & taxes based on the fare structure existing as on December ’17.
Any further increase in airfare due to increase in the fuel price, change in government regulations, taxes, etc., charged by the airline will have to be borne by the passengers. FLAMINGO will not be held responsible for them.
Above rates are subject to availability & confirmation by the airline & hotel.
Price is valid for minimum 30 Passengers traveling together. Flamingo reserves right to cancel a change date of departure in case of inadequate members in the Group.

There is No Refund for unutilized Service.
Room Rates based on Standard Rooms. Supplement cost will be applicable for Sea Facing
/Lake Facing / Deluxe / Suite Rooms.
Meals Doesn’t Include any Water Bottles, Beverages Hard/Soft drinks, Fruit Juices.
All services of the tour including changes in Schedule of mode of travel may have an impact on tour Itineraries and the company reserves a right to change / modify / vary/ alter in the tour Itinerary and/or tour tariff accordingly.
Portages and Coach Captain Tips are extra.
Passengers need to pay baggage handling fees of USD 10-25 per person per day for internal sectors, levied by airlines at airport by themselves.
It is advisable to book 45 days prior to the date of departure as the internal ticket rate might increase closer to the departure date, resulting in an increase in the tour cost.
Please note that Tips are compulsory and is CAD 5 per person per day. The same must be paid on arrival to the Tour Manager.
CANADA VISA:
Rs. 7000 per person approx for Single entry Canada Visa & Rs. 5000 per person approx Biometric Charges (The current Visa charges will be applicable as per Canadian Consulate)
Issuance of Visa is completely on the Consulate only.
DIRECT JOINING POLICY:
Passengers need to reach to the hotel of first destination on their own.
Passenger’s tour will end at the hotel in the last city.
The JD cost does not include the cost of Canada single entry visa.
COVID RULES:
It is mandatory to follow the Vaccination pre-requirement of each country being visited before & during the tour.
