Payment Policy
- Initial deposit - Rs. 50,000/- to confirm your booking with us.
- 2nd Payment - Rs. 1, 00,000/- 75 Days Prior to your Departure.
- 3rd Payment – Rs. 1, 00,000/- 35 Days Prior to your Departure.
- 100% payment to be made at least 25 Days Prior to your Departure.

Cancellation Policy
- 60 Days or more prior to Departure Rs.30000/-
- 59 Days to 45 Days prior to Departure Rs.50000/-
- 34 Days to 08 Days prior to Departure 75% of the Tour Cost
- With 7 Days of Departure 100% of the Tour Cost
TCS Terms and Conditions
TCS Applicable on booking of Overseas Tour Package as per provisions of Section 206C(1G) of the Income Tax 1961
5% TCS till INR 7 Lakhs
20% TCS thereafter
(The threshold of Rs 7 lakh for LRS is qua remitter - Decleration to be submitted by the buyer of overseas tour program package to Flamingo Transworld Pvt Ltd)
The amount of TCS paid is non-refundable in case of cancellation of tour.
As per section 206CCA of Income Tax Act 1961, in case you have not filed your income tax returns for two preceding years; and the aggregate TDS and TCS of each tax year is INR 50,000 or more - On validating the PAN if it is found that you have not filed your Income Tax Returns for two preceding years and aggregate TCS and TCS exceeds INR 50,000, an additional TCS @ 5/20% (as the case may be) will be recovered from you or booking will get cancelled and cancellation charges will apply.
In case of PAN - AADHAR not Linked TCS will be applicable on higher rate & TCS Credit will not appear in Form 26 / AIS / TIS and TCS Certificates will not be available.
Outward Remittance under LRS cannot proceed if PAN - AADHAR not Linked.
On validating PAN - AADHAR Seeding if found not Linked, Booking will get cancelled and Cancellation charges along with Higher Rate of TCS will apply.

- Price is valid for minimum 2 Passengers traveling together. Flamingo reserves right to
- cancel a change date of departure in case of inadequate members in the Group.
- International Hotel Standard Check in time 1400 hrs Check out Time 1100hrs
- There is No Refund for unutilized Service.
- Room Rates based on Standard Rooms. Supplement cost will be applicable for Sea
- Facing /Lake Facing / Deluxe / Suite Rooms.
- Meals Doesn’t Include any Water Bottles, Beverages Hard/Soft drinks, Fruit Juices.
- All services of the tour including changes in Schedule of mode of travel may have an
- impact on tour Itineraries and the company reserves a right to change / modify / vary/
- alter in the tour Itinerary and/or tour tariff accordingly.
- Portages and Coach Captain Tips are extra.
- Passengers need to pay baggage handling fees of USD 10-30 per person per day for
- internal sectors, levied by airlines at airport by themselves.
- Please note that Tips are compulsory and is CAD3 per person per day.
